About Alena
The Atlantic brought me to the Azores
My name is Alena. I first reached the Azores during a transatlantic sailing passage. It was meant to be one stop on the way, but São Miguel became the place I wanted to return to — and stay.
Today I create private island routes through volcanic landscapes, thermal springs, tea plantations and quiet places rarely found in guidebooks.
I show São Miguel as I love to experience it: alive, powerful, green, oceanic and genuinely special.
